5 WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN TO SEE MY ORDER STATUS? During checkout you will have the option of placing your order as a REGISTERED customer or as a GUEST. The benefit of registering is explained in that section - you will be able to log in to check order status. You simply REGISTER at the time of your order by creating a Customer Account with a user name and password. If you place your order as a GUEST (i.e. no Customer Account created) the cart will not recognize your email if you return to the site to check your order status. Once your order is placed the cart will not allow you to change your status from GUEST to REGISTERED.
6 WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER? Internet Service Providers (ISP's) have tightened their definitions of SPAM. As a result, your ISP might categorize email confirmation from this site as potential SPAM and filter it into your "bulk" folder or a predetermined "SPAM" folder you define. If you place an order and do not receive your email confirmation in your Inbox, please check in these areas before contacting customer support. Typically, if you did not receive a confirmation - we did not receive your order.
7 ARE THE WOMENs SHORTS "JUNIORS" or "MISSY" SIZES? Technically, they are MISSY since the brands we sell are designed to fit mature women.
8 ARE THE WOMENs SHORTS LOW RISE or MID RISE? The rise (distance from top of waistband to the bottom of crotch seam as measured along the center of the short's front) is about 9.5" on a size 8. The meaurement varies a little more or less based on smaller or larger sizes. As a point of reference, Victoria's Secret has a "rise guide" on their website with the following info:

9 HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN? (WOMEN) After talking to thousands of our female customers - the consensus is in. These shorts run about a half size small. (Some say they are true to size & others say they run a size small). Typcially, if you buy the largest size you are currently wearing, you'll be fine with the brands we sell here in our store. (MEN) The sizes of our mens boardshorts run very true. (i.e. 34" = 34"). Actually they may run an inch or so larger in the waist. Therefore (unlike for women) no need to buy "up" a size for mens boardshorts. For waist size equivalents for elastic waist models, you'll find S-4X conversion tables on the pages where those styles are sold.
10 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement. In order to maintain the rapid shipping we strive for, orders enter processing very quickly and we are unable to "reverse" the process once it is started.
11 WHAT ARE THESE GARMENTS MADE OUT OF? All of our merchandise (boardshorts, board skirts, swim trunks, capris, etc) is made from a premium grade of durable brushed microfiber fabric. The XELOS and GRIZZO HB brands we sell here have chosen this fabric because it is super-soft, dries quickly, and will not shrink or fade!
12 DO I HAVE TO WEAR SOMETHING UNDERNEATH MY BOARDSHORTS? All of our boardshorts are unlined. However, with the exception of the lightest solid colors (white and baby pink), all are opaque - even when wet. Although you can comfortably wear them as your only bottom, most women prefer to wear something underneath. If your day's activities include getting into the water, a bikini bottom works great as it too will dry quickly like your boardshorts. But if you're just wearing your boardshorts for around-town use, your regular undies will work just fine. You will find that the satin-smooth feel of the inside of our brushed microfiber boardshorts is comfortable either way.
13 WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN XELOS AND GRIZZO?

XELOS fixed-waist boardshorts are available in sizes 28" - 60". GRIZZO fixed-waist boardshorts are available in sizes 28" - 50".

XELOS Boardshorts have twin cargo pockets with velcro-closure flaps. GRIZZO boardshorts have an old-school, back patch pocket that seals at the top with velcro.

GRIZZO only makes fixed-waist boardshorts at this time. XELOS makes fixed-waist boardshorts, elastic-waist EZ-Boards, and elastic-waist classic swim trunks with mesh liners.
