Please note that any CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDER items will not ship for approx 2 - 3 weeks due to the fact that they are not in our warehouse and will not ship until the time of their completion at the factory in California.

Value, Standard, and Global Priority Methods - insured but not trackable. These methods do not provide online tracking capability once they leave the US as the tracking info does not integrate with that of other countries. Only FedEx provides international tracking capability.

Please double check the address you submit with your online order. We are not liable for the additional shipping charges that will incur as a result of incorrect addresses. FedEx charges for the "return trip" when they are unable to deliver to a wrong address and the related charges will be passed along.

FedEx - please provide a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery times stated assume no delays in customs.

Fees and Taxes - Please note that foreign customers are responsible for any brokerage fees and taxes incurred in the importation of our products. Goods are shipped FOB our Tampa Florida warehouse and cannot be labeled as "gifts" or "samples". To find out more about what the exact costs will be for your shipment, please contact your local customs office.

Special Deliveries - We are not responsible for issues arising from special situations that exist at the delivery address you specify. It is understood that you have put your local mail delivery personnel on notice to your special needs.

Although very rare in occurrence, international shipments can be subject to delays - typically in customs clearance. If you package has not arived within 30 days of our shipment, we will contact the carrier to initiate an indemnity claim. To document the loss, we require a signed Affidavit of Non-Receipt for the postal inspector.
