USPS Shipments:

Please provide a shipping address that is serviced by the US Postal Service.

Proof of delivery by the USPS (to the exact address you provide on your order) will serve as proof we fulfilled your order. Please choose delivery addresses carefully. We cannot be responsible for packages "lost in the shuffle" at commercial addresses once scanned as delivered by the courier.

Shipping labels are generated from your input of shipping address information. If a package is returned as undeliverable by the US Postal Service - and you don't arrange for a resend, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the shipping as well as a $25 handling fee. Orders sent with "Free Shipping" are subject to a deduction of the shipping charge that would have applied to that order without the promo.

The transit times for all USPS shipments are estimates. Neither the USPS nor boardshortsworld.com provide guarantees as to the actual transit time.
** Please note that any CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDER items will not ship for approx 2 - 3 weeks due to the fact that they are not in our warehouse and will not ship until the time of their completion at the factory in California.
Federal Express Shipments:

FedEx delivers Monday thru Friday. If you order on a Friday (by 10am Eastern) and require Saturday delivery, FedEx will do so for a $15 surcharge. You will be instructed how to designate SATURDAY DELIVERY during checkout. Please note that only FedEx overnite shipments can be designated for SATURDAY deliveries.

Please double check the address you submit with your online order. We are not liable for the additional shipping charges that will incur as a result of incorrect addresses. FedEx charges for the "return trip" when they are unable to deliver to a wrong address and the related charges will be passed along.

Please provide a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If FedEx fails to deliver your package in the number of days guaranteed for the service you select, your shipping charge will be refunded. However, in order to receive your refund you must report the delivery failure to us (in writing) within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so that we may report this issue to FedEx and receive credit. Failure to do so within 48 hours will forfeit your refund.

Unless requested otherwise, shipments are sent out NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED to eliminate the possibility that the FedEx driver comes to your house (and is unable to leave the package) while you run out to do a quick errand. If your location is unsafe or you simply want a signature required, please add the words REQUIRE SIGNATURE in the customer comments section of your online checkout.

Claims of Non-Receipt must be filed (in writing via email to info@boardshortsworld.com) within 48 hours from the date the package was expected for delivery so that we may begin the appropriate investigation required for recovery. If 48 hours has passed since the expected delivery of your package and you do not have it, we will begin the indemnity process once we receive (via email) a copy of a police report describing the alleged theft if a FedEx driver claims that a package was left at your delivery address and you claim it was not.

If we are out-of-stock in an item you order for FedEx Next Day delivery, we will contact you immediately via phone and email to discuss options. 6 years of shipping experience has shown us that customers prefer to to get something similar the next day instead of nothing simply because we could not establish contact before our FedEx pick-up. Therefore, in this circumstance, we will substitute something similar in color in order to ship for Next Day delivery.
