Please note that any CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDER items will not ship for approx 2 - 3 weeks due to the fact that they are not in our warehouse and will not ship until the time of their completion at the factory in California.

Please double check the address you submit with your online order. We are not liable for the additional shipping charges that will incur as a result of incorrect addresses. FedEx charges for the "return trip" when they are unable to deliver to a wrong address and the related charges will be passed along.

FedEx- please provide a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery times stated assume no delays in customs.

USPS Express Mail- this trackable Postal Service estimates delivery in 2 - 3 days. However, Unlike FedEx, they do not (nor do we) provide a guarantee that a package will arrive in 2-3 days using this service. Although they usually delivery in this timeframe and exceptions are rare, we don't recommend this option if you are catching a plane in 2 or 3 days and need this stuff to take with you. In this case, we highly recommend a FedEx service with the delivery guarantee that you need.

USPS Free, Standard & Priority Shipping- insured but not trackable. These levels of service do not integrate with the tracking system of CanadaPost to provide online tracking capability. (As described above) USPS Express Mail does, however. If a package is not received wihing 15 business days from the date expected (as per the shipping method selected at checkout), we will obtain from you a (sworn) Affadavit of NonReceipt which will begin the process of indemnity. In 7 years of shipping to Canada daily we have yet to have a package "vanish". Claims of non-receipt are resolved by Postal Inspectors.

Fees and Taxes- Please note that foreign customers are responsible for any brokerage fees and taxes incurred in the importation of our products. Goods are shipped FOB our Tampa Florida warehouse and cannot be labeled as "gifts"or "samples". To find out more about what the exact costs will be for your shipment, please contact your local customs office.
